Water and Environment Congratulatory Message

The Ministers of Water and Environment, the Permanent Secretary and Staff of Ministry of Water and Environment CONGRATULATE His Excellency General Yoweri Kaguta Museveni upon Swearing-In as the President of the Republic of Uganda. The Ministry reaffirms its commitment to serve safe and clean water to all Ugandans, strengthening the Country through various initiatives and priority programmes that subscribe to Uganda’s development agenda and Vision 2040.
The Ministry rededicates itself to implementing the NRM Manifesto 2026-2031 by increasing access to regulation and enforcement against degradation of the environment, including protection of the water resources.
