The Water Waste Discharge Regulations 1998
In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires –
“Authority” means the National Environment Management Authority established under section 5 of the National Environment Act, Cap 153; “Director” means the Director of Water Resources; “Executive Director” means the Executive Director appointed under section 11 of the National Environment Act, Cap 153;
