Asessment

The Division of Forestry Assessment is tasked with ensuring that Periodic forest inventories and assessments of forest and land cover and resources is undertaken, ensuring conduction of National Biomass assessments, forest boundary demarcations and surveys and manage, maintain and update forestry spatial information and maintain forestry databases. The Division is wholly tasked with providing national forestry trends and statistics and It supports monitoring and inspections and law enforcement functions using spatial tools and databases.
