The Government of Uganda (GoU) represented by the Ministry of Water and Environment has received financing in the amount of US$ 6.3m equivalent from the United Nations Multi-Partner Trust Fund (UNMPTF) through the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the Systematic Observations Financing Facility (SOFF) project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project. The project will include the components listed below, which will be procured under Limited International Bidding (LIB), National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and National Shopping (NS), Fixed Budget Selection (FBS/NS) and Least Cost Selection (LCS/NS) methods.
